Participants must be within the age limit requirements to compete and must be a resident of the state of California for at least six months from date of the pageant.
Teen Division must be between the ages of 14-19 on Pageant Day.
Miss Division must be between the ages of 20-26 on Pageant Day.
A one time orientation will be held for this year's delegates on Saturday March 18, 2017 from 10:00 am - 2:00pm at the BLC Headquarters 3425 West Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90305 (on the corner of Crenshaw Drive). Plenty of street parking is available. We are asking that all delegates make an effort to attend this very informative orientation. You may pay entry fees, register at the event, get your questions answered and purchase tickets for the pageant.
